I like your poem. I think the dead are never really gone if someone remembers them. As the late, great Faulkner said, "The past is never dead. It's not even past." So true.I love old cemeteries and explore them often. Here in Louisiana there are some as big as cities (mostly in New Orleans, but some in small towns too). xo
