Emily Dickinson Poetry to Music

My initial sampling of this was I thought spot on as far as tone and delivery. It's an interesting artistic collaboration and it makes me wonder what Emily might think of it all. The songs are the work of Israeli singer-songwriter Efrat Ben Zur. Check it out on BRAINPICKING

I love music based on literature, and you've just opened up a treasure chest of it, Michael. Thank you!

Here's a link to some more that I really like, too, if your interested. Lots of it is available for free download.

Lucinda... Your Welcome! Good to hear from you. Hope you are writing!

I've been writing all day. When I finish this dratted degree, I may never write again, though, out of sheer spite.

Seriously, it's coming along. I rarely post, but I still read here. You post all kinds of things that interest me, and I'm grateful. :)

I cannot believe I typed "your" for "you're." I beg clemency.

LOL Clemency granted! Maybe when you are finished with the degree you will feel a lot more freedom and will enjoy it. I miss seeing even your blog posts. I do understand the feeling though. I went through a horribly challenging summer as far as writing - simply dealing with other junk and I came this close to quitting >< but I'm working my way back from it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Best!
